Zesty Salad.


I enjoyed eating this salad so much. I am just loving the combination of fruit with salad.

Zesty Salad.

1 baby cos lettuce

1 small can of red kidney beans, rinsed, drained and patted down with a paper towel (if you have the time)

Slithers of red onion (to your liking)

1/4 cup of chopped up kalamata olives

1 or 2 oranges

1/4 cup of bean sprouts

2 small radish

A small swivel of caramalised balsamic vinegar.

This salad was a perfect combination of sweet, salty, sour, crunchy and soft. This will be one of my regular lunch meals 🙂
