Green Mango Smoothie.


My first mango smoothie of the season! This is my version of a green protein smoothie because of the hemp seeds, chia seeds, goji berries and almond butter. If i did not have these ingredients, i would have used some Sunwarrior Protein powder. This smoothie is a good one to have after a weights training session.

Green Mango Smoothie.

1 frozen banana

two handfuls of kale

1 fresh mango

1 drinking cup of filtered water

1 tbs of chia seeds, soaked in the water

1 tsb of goji berres, soaked in the water

1 tbs almond butter

1 tsp of maca powder

1 tbs of hemp seeds

1 tbs of ground flax seeds
