Saturday night. 9pm. Too late to cook something but too hungry to go without. It could have been so easy to eat some corn chips and salsa or open some sweet chilli potato chips. But we didn’t. We tried something new from the freezer instead. Quorn ‘Chicken’ Bites. The lesser of two evils and at least we would be full afterwards!We followed the packet instructions and made a easy green salad with some aoli dipping sauce. This dinner took less than 15 minutes to make and it was filling and delicious.
